How to access keychain on iPhone - IOS 7.0.3 is the latest update for Apple's mobile operating system. In this version with iCloud Keychain, which can track your account username and password so you only need to remember one keyword instead of tens.

PREPARE iCLOUD KEYCHAIN FOR THE FIRST TIME

Step 1: Go to Settings on iPhone> iCloud > Keychains.

Step 2: Activate on the button.

Step 3: Type in four-digit code, (please always keep this code, and your apple ID password)

Step 4: When prompted, type in a phone number that can receive SMS messages when you need to activate a new device. I use my iPhone because I always have it with me.

ADD SYNCHRONIZED SOFTWARE WITH iCLOUD KEYCHAIN

How to access keychain on iPhone - You can add iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch with iCloud Keychain and all your account information and passwords will be synced to all devices. You can also set iCloud Keychain in OS X Mavericks.

On iOS:

Step 1: Go to Settings >> iCloud >> Keychains.

Step 2: Activate the On button.

Step 3: Tap  "Agree with Security Code" and enter four codes when you create iCloud Keychain for the first time.

Step 4: SMS messages will be sent to the phone number you added to activate the new device. When you receive a text message, enter a six-digit verification code.

Note: In my experience, automated messages appear on my iPhone when iCloud Keychain is enabled on my iPad. The pop-up message asks me to approve the device by entering my Apple ID. I do not need to enter a four-digit code or wait for a six-digit verification code to be sent to my iPhone.

Step one: Go to Menu Options >> System Preferences >> iCloud.

Step two: Chose Keychain.

Step three: Create a password to unlock the screen after sleep mode or skip this step.

Step four: Enter your Apple ID and password.

Step five: Enter the four-digit code you created when creating the iCloud Keychain

Step six: messages will be sent to the phone number you added to activate the new device. When you receive a text message, enter a six-digit verification code.

Sync iCLOUD KEYCHAIN WITH SAFARI

Now that all your devices use iCloud Keychain, you can start using it with Safari and will automatically store the username, password, and credit card information you enter on various websites. If you currently have the Keychain Safari feature, all your saved keywords will be available on all devices.

Step 2: Select all the categories you want to save and use in the Safari Autofill service.

On Safari phone:

Step 1: Settings> Safari> Automatic Password & Fill

Step 2: Select all the categories you want to save and use in the AutofFll Safari service.

Now your device, including your Mac, will all connect and your various passwords will be stored on iOS and Mavericks so you can have direct access to everything, including credit card information, from wherever you are.
